Dr. Joseph Palomino is a Doctor of Physical Therapist. He earned his Doctor’s in Physical Therapy from Florida International University. Dr. Palomino was a self employed massage therapist for 8 years, prior to becoming a Physical Therapist. Joseph also earned his Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University in Business Administration. Joseph attended Loyola University of New Orleans for his Bachelor’s in Literature. As a Massage Therapist, he choose to work with survivors of abuse, helping to relearn positive forms of touch and reconnect with their own bodies. Joseph is currently a member of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Florida Physical Therapy Association (FPTA), which he believes are vital to helping the profession of Physical Therapy to grow and help patients.
Joseph is also a true Conch, native born to the Florida Keys. Having grown up surrounded by water he has a natural love of all things ocean related, including sailing, scuba diving, kayaking and anything that will get him on the water and under the sun. He is lucky enough to share this passion with his wife and two children. Other things he loves to do with his family are travelling, listening to music, reading and playing video games. He has, at one point or another, lived in every part of South Florida and can say for a fact that there is hidden beauty in every corner.
