Michelle Gausman is from North Eastern Pennsylvania and is a former distance runner, triathlete, and ballet dancer.  She is passionate about teaching how to reach optimal health through diet, exercise, and meditation.  Michelle is a registered yoga alliance teacher 500 RYT (Barkan Method).  She graduated from IUP with a BA in Liberal Studies. She teaches Hatha  yoga integrating postures from other styles to create yoga sequences for all age groups.

Michelle strongly believes diet and meditation play an essential role in overall health and that food is medicine for our bodies.  Michelle teaches how to quiet our minds through the practice of meditation. Using techniques, she has practiced and learned throughout her own spiritual journey.  Michelle’s goal is to inspire every student to reach their individual physical, mental, and spiritual path to self-realization.

Michelle uses the practice of yoga, meditation and healthy eating to help others become the best versions of themselves.

Here at PhysicalOne, we bring you Wellness Yoga that incorporates breathing, poses and meditation to get you back on track and keep you healthy in mind, body and spirit. Our individual attention will personalize your experience to help you enjoy yoga and make it a regular part of your daily life.
Our qualified Yoga instructors will run 60 min and 30 min sessions.

Single Class: $15

Namaste Ten: $125 Package of 10 Yoga classes to be used within 3 months from date of purchase.

Lunch-Break Yoga: $10 for 30 min sessions. Combining 2 sessions of 30 min $15.

Private Yoga Lessen: $75
