Michelle Gausman is from North Eastern Pennsylvania and is a former distance runner, triathlete, and ballet dancer. She is passionate about teaching how to reach optimal health through diet, exercise, and meditation. Michelle is a registered yoga alliance teacher 500 RYT (Barkan Method). She graduated from IUP with a BA in Liberal Studies. She teaches Hatha yoga integrating postures from other styles to create yoga sequences for all age groups.
Michelle strongly believes diet and meditation play an essential role in overall health and that food is medicine for our bodies. Michelle teaches how to quiet our minds through the practice of meditation. Using techniques, she has practiced and learned throughout her own spiritual journey. Michelle’s goal is to inspire every student to reach their individual physical, mental, and spiritual path to self-realization.
