October is National Physical Therapy Month, and at PhysicalOne, we’re excited to celebrate by promoting the many benefits of physical therapy and the importance of staying active. Later this month, our team will visit Kids In Distress (KID) to help children learn how to love fitness. Through fun, hands-on activities, we aim to show the kids how physical activity can be both enjoyable and essential for their health. This event aligns with our mission to inspire healthier lifestyles for all ages, starting from a young age.
Our Time at KID for National PT Day
We had an incredible time at Kids in Distress, teaching children the importance of fitness and staying active! Through fun, interactive exercises, we helped them discover how enjoyable it can be to move their bodies, build strength, and stay healthy. Seeing the kids light up with excitement while learning new ways to stay active was a rewarding experience for our team.
“We loved playing games and learning how to be strong!” – Jonny M.
“I can’t wait to show my friends how to do the exercises!” – Mia L.
“I am so excited that PhysicalOne is hosting another Fitness Friday for our after school students. This group of energetic therapists provide a fun afternoon of physical activities to remind our students that staying active can be fun. I am very pleased that PhysicalOne is making their October Fitness Friday an annual tradition for our program.” – Kevin, Director of Educational Services at KID
We’re proud to encourage the next generation to embrace fitness as a part of their everyday lives!
