Amazing experience! The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was the first time I had been to PT where I felt I was thoroughly examined and a proper understanding of the source of my chronic pain was addressed, some immediate relief was provided through stretches and ice massages, and I left there feeling more than confident in the plan they set forth and with the tools to continue the process at home on my own between appointments. It is my second time doing PT but my first at PhysicalOne. From the scheduling department, the evaluation on my pain with Dr Colette, therapists, everyone at PhysicalOne is amazing! They assist and work with you, not only to relieve your pain, but they work on your full body wellness. I have a herniated disc and I lead my life as a therapy center and the first time I go to this center in Plantation and I can say that WOW five stars falls short for the quality of this physical therapy center. It is one of the cleanest centers that I have been to without counting the quality of the exercises, they have an app so that I can do the exercises at home that before they always gave me a piece of paper. the costumer service is on another level and Dr. Colette, who is always there, cares about your speedy healing. I recommend this center with your eyes closed so that you come to heal from your pains.

Physical One completely changed my life. They were able to help me reach my goals they were very attentive to my needs and I didn’t feel like I was in a therapy mill. I always felt like I got the attention that I wanted and needed as an individual. This was my very first time ever at a PT office. I have never had to go before. But I had numbness in my left hand, which I found out stems from my neck and having the wrong posture sitting in front of a computer all day. Who knew? Well, they did. The whole staff is so knowledgeable, professional and kind. They are an amazing mix of people. They operate as a team and not only do they work hard to alleviate the discomfort and pain you are experiencing, but they give you the tools you can use going forward to have a strong foundation. Bravo! Keep up the great work and a big shoutout to Allie and her magic hands!

Before Physical Therapy: My left shoulder was completely blocked. Any movements or weightlifting or regular moving of household items would hurt a lot. And then, it started hurting at night and not letting me sleep which negatively affected my professional efficiency / output. I had to have treatment.

After Physical Therapy: My shoulder has gained movement and strength. Learning exercises is most important!! I still have a ways to go to be completely recuperated, but with PhysicalOne’s help, I know I will achieve full recuperation. PhysicalOne will teach you and train you to perform the right / correct exercises for your condition.
